2021 Vendor Registration
Please contact RHHG prior to registering in order to be approved as a Round Hill Vendor. Registrations should be completed only by approved vendors, and fees are non-refundable.

About The Event
Gates open at 7:00am and close at 6:00pm on Sunday, June 27, 2021. Vendors should set up for tent inspection by the Town of Salisbury by 8:00am on Sunday. Tent setup is allowed Saturday, June 26, at vendor's risk. Overnight stay (camping or RV) on Saturday night is allowed with permit from Round Hill Highland Games.
A 10' pedestrian walkway is required between adjoining vendor space and a 30' emergency vehicle access lane must be maintained between facing tent fronts.
Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of their vendor space and surrounding area. Contact RHHG for tent, table and/or chair rentals if needed.
Food Vendors: must obtain health certificate from TAHD (Torrington Area Health District). Food vendors must wear gloves and masks when serving food, and abide by TAHD Health Guidelines.
Merchandise Vendors: Merchandise displays may extend beyond tent area but should not interfere with pedestrian, handicapped and stroller access, or extend into the emergency lane. Electricity is not available on site, but quiet generators are allowed with permit and inspection from the Town of Salisbury Building Department.

Vendors may require tent inspection for large tents (20'x20').
It is the Vendor’s responsibility to obtain any required tent or generator permit by contacting the Town of Salisbury Building Department, Building Official Michael Fitting, at 860-435-5177.
Round Hill Highland Games are held rain or shine, and vendor fees are non-refundable.
