About The Event
Band competition will be held for Grades 1 through 5, with optional Drum Corp. Drum Corp is a single competition across grades and is judged with band competition. Tune selection is based on EUSPBA rules of odd/even days. Highland Dress is the attire of the day.
Round Hill reserves the right to cancel an event if the number of competing bands is less than the number of awards.
Pipe Bands must be registered members in good standing with EUSPBA, and all competing players must be on band roster.
Check-in opens at 9am, Competition begins at 3pm on Center Field.
March in Opening Ceremonies at 11:30am on Center Field.
Awards 1st, 2nd, 3rd (Bands must participate in massed bands to receive awards):
Grade 1: $800, $650, $500
Grade 2: $700, $550, $400
Grade 3: $600, $450, $300
Grade 4: $500, $400, $300
Grade 5: $400, $300, $200
Drum Corp: $100
Best Dressed Band: $50
Highland Games Pipe Band competition is held rain or shine. All registration fees are non-refundable.
